App privacy
Moon Mimic
Privacy policy
Published on Kitten Apps October 1, 2026. App-specific details retained from the existing policy.
The short version
The current Moon Mimic game does not collect personal information, show advertising, include third-party analytics, track you across apps or websites, or sell your information. There is no account, sign-in, chat, or user-generated content.
What stays on your device
The game saves your best score and preferences, including music volume, sound effects, and haptics, locally using Apple-provided storage. These values operate the game and are not sent to the developer. The current game does not integrate Game Center or cloud leaderboards.
Music and device features
Music and sound effects play locally. The game does not need your microphone, camera, contacts, or location. Haptics use the device's vibration features and can be turned off in Settings.
This website
Cloudflare delivers and protects kittenapps.com. It may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to provide and secure that service. This website has no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, sign-up forms, or advertising cookies.
Support messages
If you contact PicketZen through an official support channel, your contact details and the information you choose to send are used only to respond to your request and troubleshoot the game. Please avoid including sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support and recordkeeping; you may request its deletion through the same support channel.
Your privacy choices
Score sharing, Game Center, tracking, and analytics are not part of version 1.0. No consent or opt-out switch is needed to prevent those transfers because the app never makes them. You can play offline without an account and turn music, sound effects, and haptics off in Settings. Opening Privacy or Support is optional and opens an external website.
Data choices and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until the app is deleted. Because Kitten Apps receives no local gameplay data and Moon Mimic has no developer account system, there is no developer-held gameplay account to delete.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. A parent or guardian can contact Kitten Apps with questions about the game or any support correspondence.
As the game grows
If optional public score sharing is added in a future version, it will require a separate explicit opt-in before uploading scores or player identity, preserve local play when declined, and offer a control to stop future uploads. This policy will be updated before any change in data practices is released.
